Shopping mall S)mall
The modern S)mall shopping and entertainment center is located in Vinnytsia at 18 Yunosti Avenue. The total area of S)mall is 13,000 m2, including 3,900 m2 of retail space and 1,750 m2 of office space. The mall has a hotel complex, a supermarket, shops, pharmacies, a restaurant and a bomb shelter.
The reconstruction of S)mall was started in 2019 and completed in 2021.

Dream Town townhouse complex
Together with the construction company “KVADRATNI METERS M2”, a project for the construction of a complex of townhouses “Dream Town” in the central part of Vinnytsia was successfully implemented. On the territory of 0.6 hectares there are 26 modern two-storey houses with the option of individual design of any complexity. The territory of the townhouse complex is closed from outsiders and is under round-the-clock security. In addition, a pedestrian zone for walking, well-equipped sports and children’s playgrounds, and landscaping have been taken care of.
Pan Fund
The Pan Fund was founded in 2019 and has been providing assistance to children, schools and hospitals since its inception.
Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, the main goal of the fund has been to actively support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing them with everything they need to perform their duties and protect our country.
